Power Station Project Completion

The last of the modular power station lube oil cooling systems for Rio Tinto rolls out of the workshop at Allied Heat Transfer. The turn key cooling system designed with serviceability in mind allows regular maintenance without needing to shutdown the system.

Parts such as cooling panels and fans can be replaced whilst the system is still operational, this is a giant leap forward compared to the regular finned tube style heat exchangers that require a shutdown to perform maintenance. The skid has a neat, architectural appearance that is pleasing to the eye.

With its high efficiency cooling panels it is able to operate in air temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius.
